Check voltage, frequency and rated power on your unit. Do not assume dual voltage. A travel plug adapter does not convert voltage.

Follow your gear’s care label.
Heat-sensitive materials and heat-moldable liners require manufacturer approval. A low setting is not a universal compatibility guarantee.
How do the four editions differ?
Grey and Rose are single-unit editions with different finishes. Sport Kit and Ski Kit have edition-specific attachment sets. Use the edition selector to open the corresponding page, photos and packing reference. The final electrical SKU and regional contents must match your purchase selection.
Which voltage should I choose?
Do not select by plug shape alone. Supplied US packing references show 120V AC and 60Hz. The Grey US manual also lists 95W. These references do not verify the actual Shopify variant or establish UK, EU or JP ratings. Unconfirmed values remain clearly marked in this draft.
Ultra is plug-in, not rechargeable. Match the nameplate voltage and frequency to your supply; a plug adapter does not convert voltage.
Can I use it with heat-moldable ski liners?
Only if the liner manufacturer permits the intended heated drying conditions. A low setting does not override a no-heat warning. Intuition advises against heated boot dryers; follow the liner manufacturer’s guidance for the exact model.
What are the heat and timer options?
The Ultra family documentation shows three heat modes and a 1–9 hour timer. US reference endpoints are approximately 113°F and 149°F. Older source artwork differs on the middle value; follow the supplied instructions for the actual edition and batch.

What should I know about the ozone mode?
Ozone is a separate mode. Use it only as directed in the supplied instructions and follow exposure and ventilation precautions. Avoid breathing ozone and keep people and pets away from the treatment area. Do not treat advertising imagery as a medical or sterilization claim.
