What is not covered
Damage caused by human factors, including misuse or accidental damage, is not covered by this quality warranty. A change of mind or simply not liking the product is not a warranty defect.

Request warranty support
Send your order number or proof of purchase, product model, purchase date, country and a description of the problem. Include photos or video where available. Stop using a product that appears unsafe.
