Where we deliver
We use Amazon fulfillment services to deliver orders in the United States, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom and selected European Union regions. All orders are dispatched from local warehouses.
Availability varies by model and region. Some models are only available in specific markets. Check the product page inventory information and delivery address eligibility before ordering.
Shipping charges
Free standard delivery is available on every eligible Store order containing at least one item. No minimum order value applies. Any optional expedited service and price are shown at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Processing time is separate from transit time and does not mean delivery within 24 hours.
Delivery time
Transit time depends on your delivery address and the logistics provider. Use the shipment tracking information for the latest available delivery updates. We do not promise a fixed transit time for every destination.
Local warehouses and customs
Orders are shipped from local warehouses. Any customs requirements or duties are subject to the destination country’s customs policies. Local dispatch is not a blanket promise that every order is exempt from taxes or customs requirements.
Track a shipment
Open your Shopify order status page or the tracking link supplied in your shipping confirmation. Tracking becomes available when shipment details have been added to your order.
Delivery questions
If a shipment is delayed, appears to be missing or has an address issue, contact us with your order number and delivery country. Do not include payment card details.
