View your real Shopify order and shipment information.
Use the email associated with your Store order. Shopify handles secure account access in a new tab. Tracking is shown when fulfillment details are available.
Sign in securely
Use the Shopify customer account button above and sign in with the email used for your Store purchase. Open your order to see the available order status and shipment details.
Use your order email
You can also open the order-status link in your order confirmation or shipping email. This link belongs to your actual order. Keep it private.
Follow the shipment
Tracking appears when the shipment and tracking details have been added to Shopify. Follow the carrier link from the order status page or shipping email. Carrier scans may take time to appear; a missing scan does not necessarily mean the parcel has not moved.
Amazon fulfillment or Amazon purchase?
SOTHING Store orders fulfilled by Amazon are still tracked through your SOTHING Shopify order. If you purchased directly on Amazon, use Your Orders in the Amazon account used for that purchase.
Need help finding an order?
Contact us with the order number, purchase email and delivery country. If the confirmation email is missing, check spam folders. Never send a password, verification code or full payment card details.
