What does SOTHING Ultra do?
Ultra is a plug-in shoe and boot dryer with adjustable warm-air settings and two extendable air ducts. Use only with footwear whose manufacturer permits the intended heated drying conditions.
Settings do not guarantee compatibility or a fixed result. Read the matching manual and footwear care guidance before use.
Which model should I choose?
Start with your footwear care label, the format and intended market. Compare current model options, then read the exact product instructions. Ultra’s features are not necessarily present on other models.
Can I use it on all ski boots and liners?
No universal compatibility is claimed. Intuition advises against heated boot dryers. Heat-moldable, heat-sensitive or heated liners need the footwear manufacturer’s specific guidance.
A low setting, review or photograph does not replace that guidance. If the manufacturer prohibits heat, do not use heated drying.
Is Ultra cordless or rechargeable?
No. Ultra is plug-in. Do not assume USB, battery, car power or universal-voltage operation. Check the actual unit’s label against the available supply before connecting.
How long does drying take?
There is no single time for every pair. Moisture level, material, construction, airflow and settings affect the result. Follow the manual and check progress.
The timer is a running-period control, not a guaranteed drying time.
Can I leave the dryer running overnight?
Do not treat a timer as permission for unattended operation. Follow the supplied instructions and inspect progress. This Store does not promise that every pair will be dry by morning.
What are Ultra’s heat settings?
The US reference values in this draft are approximately 113 / 126 / 149°F. The project owner confirmed the middle value as 126°F; older documentation differs.
Check current supplied documentation. Temperature settings are not material-safety certifications.
Can I take a US unit abroad?
The reference US manual specifies 120V AC / 60Hz. Match your actual unit to the local supply. A plug adapter changes the connection shape, not voltage. Do not assume dual-voltage operation.
Do I have to use ozone mode?
No. Ozone is a separate optional Ultra mode. Follow the supplied ventilation and exposure precautions. Do not interpret it as a verified sterilization or disinfection treatment.
Consult the manual and ask support about any mode or material restriction before use.
How should I store the dryer?
Switch off as instructed, allow any shutdown cycle to finish and unplug. Cool before moving, cleaning or packing. Do not run inside a closed bag or obstruct the air path.

The Support Center lists the currently available Ultra English manual and FAQ PDF. Match the document to your model and market. Request the relevant instructions if your version is not listed.
How do I check a delivery or request a return?
For a Store order, use your confirmation and shipping email, and review the applicable policy. For marketplace purchases, use that retailer’s order tools.
