SHOE CARE
Care begins with the label.
Practical guidance for your footwear routine. Always follow the instructions for your exact product and footwear.
Read before applying heat
Review the care information for the shoe, liner and removable insole. Do not use heated drying when the manufacturer prohibits it. Appearance alone cannot establish material compatibility.
Keep the air path open
Place the dryer as directed by its manual. Do not force an outlet into an opening or block the inlet. Use the required surface and clearances, away from water.
Check progress during use
A timer sets a running period. It does not guarantee a dry result or permission for unattended operation. Moisture, construction and conditions vary. Follow the manual and inspect progress.
Cool, unplug and store
Switch off as instructed, let any shutdown cycle finish, and unplug. Allow the unit to cool before cleaning or packing. Do not store a running device in a bag.
Know when to ask
For heat-moldable, heated or heat-sensitive liners, obtain the footwear manufacturer’s guidance before heated drying. Contact support for the matching dryer instructions.
