Shipping policy

All eligible SOTHING US Store orders include free standard shipping with no minimum order value. Order-specific availability and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout.

Where we deliver

The US Store currently delivers to eligible United States addresses supported at checkout. Product and address eligibility depend on the selected SKU and fulfillment coverage. Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom and Japan remain marked as coming soon until their local Store checkout is opened.

We use Amazon fulfillment services and local inventory for eligible Store orders. This does not make your Store order an Amazon marketplace or Prime order.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on every eligible US Store order. No minimum purchase is required. If an optional expedited service is available, its price and estimate are shown separately at checkout.

Order processing

We aim to release eligible orders to fulfillment within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and does not mean delivery within 24 hours.

Delivery estimates

The estimate for your address appears at checkout and may change because of inventory, carrier conditions, weather, peak periods, address issues or events outside reasonable control. After dispatch, use the carrier tracking update for the latest available information.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout after carrier details are added to the order. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels and have more than one tracking number.

Address changes

Contact us immediately if the delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment begins. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

Check the latest carrier update first. If a parcel is delayed beyond the current estimate, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and tracking information. For damage, keep the packaging, carrier label and product and provide clear photographs where useful.

Taxes and customs

US Store orders are intended to ship from local inventory. Taxes are calculated according to the delivery address and shown at checkout where applicable. A local-warehouse statement is not a guarantee that no authority will ever assess a charge.
