This Privacy Policy explains how SOTHING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("SOTHING," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the SOTHING US Store, contact us, create an account or otherwise use our services.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional order or support messages.

SOTHING and our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute and legal requirements. The period varies by record type and legal obligation. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to required retention and backup cycles.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card numbers through email or a support form.

Children

The Store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information can contact us to request review and deletion.

Third-party sites and services

The Store may link to services that have their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern an Amazon marketplace purchase, a third-party website or another retailer's service.
